Bihar CM Nitish Kumar allows teachers to choose preferred districts after transfer complaints
Postado
Amid widespread complaints over recent teacher transfers, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has directed the Education Department to allow teachers to choose three preferred districts for posting. Intra-district postings will be handled by committees led by District Magistrates. Complaints must be resolved by August 31, with new orders issued by September 10. The move is seen as a teacher-friendly initiative.
