In Ballia, a groom took a boat to his wedding. The Ganga river was flooded. Roads were underwater. The wedding procession decided to travel by boat. They did not want to postpone the event. The groom reached the bride's village by boat. Locals said the wedding date was fixed. A video of the boat procession went viral.
