Autumn Bardisa, a 29-year-old woman from Palm Coast, Florida, has been arrested for allegedly impersonating a registered nurse. She is accused of treating over 4,400 patients without a valid license between June 2024 and January 2025. The investigation revealed she used another nurse's credentials and falsified documents to gain employment at AdventHealth, leading to multiple felony charges.
