President appoints BHU professor Santanu Kumar Swain as Sikkim University Vice Chancellor
President Droupadi Murmu has appointed BHU professor Santanu Kumar Swain as Vice Chancellor of Sikkim University for a five-year term or until he turns 70. Swain, replacing officiating VC Abhijit Dutta, brings extensive academic experience.
