Δημοσιευμένα
The Supreme Court is set to review the constitutional validity of Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which deals with sedition. A petition challenging the provision, filed by retired Maj Gen S G Vombatkere, argues it mirrors the contentious Section 124A of the IPC.
