Panic struck the Icon of the Seas when a water slide's glass panel shattered mid-ride, injuring a male guest. Water flooded the deck as passengers screamed for the ride to stop. Royal Caribbean is investigating the incident, and the slide is closed for the remainder of the cruise after the ship departed from Miami on August 2, 2023.
