'Situation grim': SC directs Delhi govt, MCD to start picking up stray dogs; create helpline

The Supreme Court addressed dog bite incidents in Delhi. It directed the Delhi government to remove stray dogs from all areas. The dogs will be kept in shelters and not released back. Shelters with staff for sterilization and immunization must be created. A helpline will be set up within a week for reporting dog bites.
