Nikhil Kamath, Zerodha's co-founder, expands his alcobev portfolio by investing in Shah Rukh Khan's D'yavol Spirits, adding to his existing stake in Radico Khaitan. Radico Khaitan has acquired a 47.5% stake in D'yavol for Rs 40 crore, becoming the largest shareholder. D'yavol, founded in 2022, offers premium spirits and plans to launch Anejo tequila in India.
