SUNSARI: Two men, a contractor and a worker, were found dead inside a septic tank of an under-construction house in Duhabi Municipality–4, Sunsari, on Wednesday morning. The deceased have been identified as 50-year-old Shyam Bahadur Tamang of Duhabi–2, who held the construction contract, and 32-year-old Ramesh Rai, a laborer, police said.
