'Imputations, misrepresentations': India rejects US's human rights report; calls it 'one-sided projections'

India's Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has rejected a US human rights report, calling it biased and based on misunderstandings. The MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal dismissed the report's claims of human rights abuses and lack of accountability, asserting India's strong democratic institutions adequately protect human rights.
