'War 2' crosses Rs 50 crore mark; catches up to 'Coolie'

Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR's 'War 2' has exceeded expectations, earning Rs 52.50 crore on its opening day. Boosted by a strong Telugu dubbed version, which amassed Rs 23.25 crore, the film surpassed initial modest predictions. While the Hindi version contributed Rs 29 crore, it was the regional performance that propelled 'War 2' past the Rs 50 crore mark.
