Urban Company files for Rs 1,900 crore IPO, fixes price band at Rs 98-103 per share

Urban Company's IPO is launching next week. Sebi has approved the proposal for the public float. The IPO will open between September 10 and 12. It includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale by existing investors. The price band is fixed at Rs 98-103 per share. Listing on BSE and NSE is scheduled for September 17.
