We are extremely pleased to share this wonderful news that Bexley Nepalese Community is awarded with: CIVIC RECOGNITION OF OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS 2022 The above Civic Recognition Awards were introduced by the Council with the aim of encouraging and giving civic recognition for voluntary service to the community to groups or to an individual. Residents and organisations of the Borough were invited to submit the name of any person or group whom they believed might be eligible for the award. You will be pleased to learn that a Civic Recognition of Outstanding Achievement nomination put forward by the Mayor, Councillor James Hunt, was successful. The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday 14 May at 12pm at Bexley Civic Offices. The afternoon will start with refreshments in the Atrium and then we will ask you to be seated in the Council Chamber with the other guests where the Mayor will be delighted to present you with your award. The event will be covered by a professional photographer, we will post this to you after the event. We will also be doing a video to share on social media so that you all get the recognition you deserve.
