The temple's beauty lies in its twelve pillars, representing the zodiac signs, ingeniously designed to catch the sun's rays in the order of the Hindu calendar months. Crowned by Yalis with rolling stone *****, the pillars exude both artistry and scientific precision.

Inside, a circle on the floor aligns with the shadow of each pillar, and the temple houses five Garbhagrahas. Among them, the Vidya Shankara Linga in the main Garbhagraha stands as a tribute to Sri Vidyashankara.
