Central Govt is presenting three bills in the Lok Sabha, aiming to replace the Indian Penal Code, CrPC, and the Indian Evidence Act.

1.The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,2023

2.The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023

3.The Bharatiya Sakshya Bill, 2023

Under this Bill, we have set the goal that the conviction ratio has to be taken above 90%. That is why, we have brought an important provision that the Sections which provide for 7 years or a greater jail term, under all those cases forensic team's visit to the crime scene will be made compulsory.

Capital punishment in the Bhartiya Suraksha Sanhita bill 2023 for instances of mob lynching.

While completely repeal the sedition charges, Nevertheless, the Bill includes clauses related to “Offences against the State.” Section 150 of the Bill specifically addresses “Acts endangering the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India.”

Under criminal justice system, we are bringing 313 amendments. The new provisions will ensure justice gets delivered within 3 years. Police and lawyers will also be held accountable.

Most of the time we blame Judges for delayed Justice and many times i said Judges contribution to delay is just under 10%, most is by Lawyers who treat client as pension scheme and Police who technically not trained for Investigation

The first step to solve this was to establish profession education college where forensic is taught as a major subject not optional and this came with RRU in Gandhinagar
