1. Congress and AAP have chosen to independently contest the 7 Lok Sabha seats in Delhi.
2. Congress will also be running independently for all 13 seats in Punjab.
3. In West Bengal, there won't be any seat adjustment between Congress+Left and TMC.
4. In Bihar, the RJD+JDU coalition has offered Congress just 6 seats.
