A decade long pending Naval upgradation Fleet Control Ships (FSS) project sanctioned by the Cabinet today. This project was stalled and kept under dump by UPA when formal Naval Chief requested Defence Ministry to increase its maritime security and naval fleet to combat rising powers in Indian and South Eastern Sea waters near SC Sea.
Our focus now has started to rise in enhancing our Naval capabilities indicating our outreach for next decade when Bharat is set to become the emerging power in Asia.
