Tamil Nadu's Information Technology and Digital Services Minister, Palanivel Thiaga Rajan, has predicted that India will become the world's human resource capital for the foreseeable future.

He highlighted the need for skilled labour, which could be offshored, invested, or migrated to other parts of the world. Rajan emphasized the importance of equal access for women in education, skilling, employment, property rights, and entrepreneurship. He also signed an MoU with the Association for Non-traditional Employment for Women (ANEW) to enhance women's skills and job prospects.
