Uttarakhand Governor announces special one day assembly session on 5th February when Pushkar Singh Dhami Govt will pass Uniform Civil Code.

It will be HISTORIC as Uttarakhand will become first state which will pass UCC.

UCC in Goa is because of Portugese Govt during pre independence era.
