"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Plurinational State of Bolivia strongly condemns the attempted coups against President Nicolás Maduro and the plans to replace the will of the Venezuelan people, which was democratically expressed at the polls last Sunday, July 28.

Bolivia, as a state that promotes the culture of dialogue and peace, rejects the acts of violence that are being promoted to disrupt the constitutional order in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

The self-determination of peoples and non-interference are fundamental principles of international law that must be respected for peaceful coexistence between states."
