Masked men attack off-duty NYPD officer, steal gun and leave him injured

An off-duty NYPD housing officer, still in uniform, was brutally attacked and robbed in the Bronx early Saturday morning. Two masked assailants assaulted the 27-year veteran, stealing his gun, wallet, ID cards, and both his personal and NYPD-issued phones.
