Ayes: 269
Noes: 198

Bill will be sent to JPC for wider consultation. JPC to be formed soon.

What will happen now? Cold storage? NO

JPC will discuss with states and will also engage larger people consultation and will explain to people, ordinary people will voice their support. It will generate pressure on Parties opposing it and will expose such vote bank parties
