KATHMANDU: A total of 2,675 disaster incidents occurred from mid-April to August 9, affecting 4,725 households. These incidents have resulted in 117 deaths and 564 injuries. According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, 198 flood-related incidents were reported during this period, causing 16 deaths and 21 people missing.
