Allowed them polygamy so that they could continue increasing their population. 5) Special Marriage Act was brought in 1954 so that Muslim boys could easily marry Hindu girls. 6) In 1975 they imposed emergency, forcibly added the word secularism to the Constitution & forcefully made India secular. 7) Congress did not stop here. In 1991 they brought the Minorities Commission Act & announced it. 8) They gave special rights like govt scholarships to muslims.
