All religious methods of divorce will be banned. Not only Triple Talaq, Talaq-e-hasan is also banned and Talaq-e-ahsan, only judicial talaq will be valid.

Provision of punishment for not giving live-in information, parents will also be informed.

The marriage age of girls will be increased so that they can graduate before marriage.

There will be mandatory registration of marriage. Without registration, you will not get the benefit of any government facility.

Same grounds for divorce will be available to both husband and wife, the same grounds of divorce which will be applicable for the husband will also be applicable for the wife.

Girls will get equal share in inheritance as boys.

Everyone will get the right to adoption. Muslim women will also get the right to adopt.
