Episode 4 : How Congress finished the Indian Ayurvedic system on instructions of foreign Pharma mafia

During 1950s most of Indian used to prefer Indian ayurveda for treatment. There were lot of Nadi expert vaidya who cud cure serious disease by ayurveda

Indian ayurveda is 10000 years old tried and tested traditional medical system.

Till that time Ayurveda had a complete cure of most of disease but western Allopathy didn't have complete cure

So western Pharma mafia led by Rockafellar lobbied n asked Nehru to finish Indian traditional system

Nehru brought Drugs and Magic Remedies. (Objectionable Advertisements) Act 1954. According to this act no Ayurvedic doctor (Vaidhya) can claim that they can cure disease by Ayurveda even if they can cure

If any ayurvedic doctor claims to cure any disease by Ayurveda then it would be called misleading ad n that person vud be sent to Jail

This act still exists and today IMA used same act to screw Baba Ramdev

Indian Medical Association (IMA) Vs Baba Ramdev Case (Explained)

This is the ad for which IMA and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah want to rip apart Baba Ramdev

The ad titled - ‘Misconceptions Spread By Allopathy: Save Yourself And The Country From The Misconceptions Spread By Pharma And Medical Industry’

In this ad, Patanjali talked about :

BP, Sugar, Thyroid, Eye and Ear disease, Skin disease, Liver, Arthritis, Asthma, Heart blockage, low immunity, infertility, stress

Patanjali said that there is no permanent cure of these disease in allopathy and cure is designed by Pharma and medical industry in such way that patient just keep buying their medicines all life

Patanjali claimed that they have ayurvedic cure of these disease in which there is no side effect and patient is completely cured an no need to take medicines all like like allopathy

IMA made following allegations on Baba Ramdev :
- Baba Ramdev called allopathy a “stupid and bankrupt science"
- Ramdev made claims about allopathic medicine being responsible for Covid-19 deaths
- Ramdev asked people to not go for Covid vaccines
- “continuous, systematic, and unabated spread of misinformation" caimpaign against pharma and medical industry
- false and unfounded claims about curing certain diseases through use of Patanjali products

Timeline

- August 2022 IMA filed petition against baba Ramdev in Supreme Court

- November 21, 2023, first hearing on petition
Justice Amanullah orally warned Patanjali against claiming their products can completely “cure" diseases, and threatened to impose a cost of Rs 1 crore on every product for which such a claim is made n asked him to stop

- January 15, 2024, Supreme Court received an anonymous letter addressed Justice Amanullah regarding the continued publishing of false and misleading advertisements (Who sent that anonymous letter ?)

- Feb 27, 2024 Supreme Court issued contempt notice to Patanjali Ayurved and its MD Acharya Balakrishna for flouting earlier orders and continuing to propagate misleading claims about curing diseases with the company’s products
Court placed a blanket ban until further orders on any further advertising or branding of Patanjali medicinal products

- March 19, Court was told reply to contempt notice was not filed, after which it passed an order seeking the personal appearance of Balakrishna and Ramdev. It also made the Uttarkhand government a party

- March 21, Balkrishna issued an unqualified apology to the Supreme Court

- April 2, Court strongly criticised Ramdev and Balkrishna, dismissing their apology as “lip service"

- April 9, Ramdev and Balkrishna tendered an unconditional apology before the Supreme Court

- April 10, Bench said. “Tendering apology is not enough. You should suffer the consequences for violating the court’s order. We do not want to be generous in this case.
SC said: “What about all the faceless people who have consumed these Patanjali medicines stated to be cured diseases which cannot be cured? Can you do this to an ordinary person?"

Hearing is going on under following laws :
- Drugs & Other Magical Remedies Act, 1954 (DOMA)
- Section 89 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- MoU signed by the Ministry of AYUSH and the Advertising Standards Council of India in January 2017

People sud understand that real villain here are these laws. All medical guidelines and laws are made by IMA so if Baba wants to prove efficacy of his medicines, he has to prove on IMA guidelines so Baba is playing on IMA's pitch. There sud be separate act for Ayurveda products and they sud not come under DOMA 1954

In 1910, USA published a Flexner report which was funded by Rockefeller group which recommended to eliminate naturopathy treatments and traditional medicine system and to adopt modern allopathy which was again founded by Rockefeller group and they had business interest in that

भारतीय चिकित्सा संघ (आईएमए) बनाम बाबा रामदेव का मामला (स्पष्टीकरण)

यह वह विज्ञापन है जिसके लिए आईएमए और न्यायमूर्ति अहसनुद्दीन अमानुल्लाह बाबा रामदेव को काटना चाहते हैं।

विज्ञापन का शीर्षक - ‘एलोपैथी द्वारा फैलाए गए भ्रांतियाँ: फार्मा और चिकित्सा उद्योग द्वारा फैलाए गए भ्रांतियों से अपने आप को और देश को बचाएं।’

इस विज्ञापन में पतंजलि ने बात की:

बीपी, शुगर, थायराइड, आंख और कान की बीमारी, त्वचा की बीमारी, लिवर, गठिया, दमा, हृदय बंद, कम रोग प्रतिरक्षा, बांझपन, तनाव।

पतंजलि ने कहा कि एलोपैथी में इन बीमारियों का कोई स्थायी इलाज नहीं है और उपचार फार्मा और चिकित्सा उद्योग ने ऐसे तरीके से डिज़ाइन किया है कि मरीज़ सिर्फ़ अपने पूरे जीवन तक उनकी दवाइयों को खरीदते रहे।

पतंजलि ने दावा किया कि उनके पास इन बीमारियों का आयुर्वेदिक इलाज है जिसमें कोई साइड इफ़ेक्ट नहीं है और मरीज़ पूरी तरह से ठीक हो जाता है और उसे एलोपैथी की तरह ज़िन्दगी भर दवाई नहीं लेनी पड़ती है।

आईएमए ने बाबा रामदेव पर निम्नलिखित आरोप लगाए हैं:
- बाबा रामदेव ने एलोपैथी को "बेवकूफ़ और दिवालिया विज्ञान" कहा
- रामदेव ने दावा किया कि कोविड-19 के मरीज़ों की मौत का ज़िम्मेदार एलोपैथिक दवाइयाँ हैं
- रामदेव ने लोगों से कोविड टीकाकरण कराने के लिए कहा
- फार्मा और चिकित्सा उद्योग के खिलाफ "निरंतर, यांत्रिक और अनिवार्य भ्रामक" प्रचार अभियान
- पतंजलि उत्पादों के उपयोग से कुछ बीमारियों को ठीक करने के बारे में गलत और असंबद्ध दावे

समयरेखा

- अगस्त 2022 में आईएमए ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में बाबा रामदेव के खिलाफ याचिका दाखिल की

जस्टिस अमानुल्लाह ने पतंजलि को उनके उत्पादों को पूरी तरह से "इलाज" कहने की चेतावनी दी, और ऐसे हर उ

त्पाद के लिए 1 करोड़ रुपये का लागत लगाने की धमकी दी और उन्हें रोकने के लिए कहा

- 15 जनवरी, 2024, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक अनाम पत्र प्राप्त किया जिसमें न्यायमूर्ति अमानुल्लाह को जारी व भ्रामक विज्ञापनों के बारे में जानकारी दी गई (वह अनाम पत्र किसने भेजा?)

- 27 फरवरी, 2024 सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पतंजलि आयुर्वेद और उसके एमडी आचार्य बालकृष्ण को पिछले आदेशों का उल्लंघन करने और कंपनी के उत्पादों के साथ बीमारियों को इलाज के बारे में भ्रामक दावे प्रसारित करने के लिए अवमानना नोटिस जारी किया
अदालत ने किसी भी और विज्ञापन या पतंजलि के औषधीय उत्पादों के ब्रांडिंग के लिए अगले आदेश तक एक प्रतिबंध लगा दिया

- 19 मार्च, अदालत को कहा गया कि अवमानना नोटिस का जवाब नहीं दिया गया, जिसके बाद उसने बालकृष्ण और रामदेव के व्यक्तिगत उपस्थिति की मांग की। उसने उत्तराखंड सरकार को भी पार्टी बना दिया

- 21 मार्च, बालकृष्ण ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को एक अपरिशुद्ध माफ़ी जारी की

- 2 अप्रैल, अदालत ने रामदेव और बालकृष्ण को सख्ती से आलोचना की, उनकी माफ़ी को "मुँह की सेवा" के रूप में खारिज किया।

- 9 अप्रैल, रामदेव और बालकृष्ण ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समक्ष निरपेक्ष माफ़ी जारी की

- 10 अप्रैल, बेंच ने कहा। "माफ़ी मांगना ही काफ़ी नहीं है। आपको अदालत के आदेश का उल्लंघन करने के लिए परिणाम सहने चाहिए। हम इस मामले में उदार नहीं होना चाहते हैं।
एसी ने कहा: "इन सभी नामहक लोगों के बारे में क्या? जिन्होंने इन पतंजलि दवाओं का सेवन किया है, जिन्हें ठीक किया गया है, जिन्हें ठीक नहीं किया जा सकता है? क्या आप एक साधारण व्यक्ति के साथ यह कर सकते हैं?"

इसमें निम्नलिखित कानूनों के अंतर्गत सुनवाई हो रही है:
- औषधियों और अन्य जादुई उपाय अधिनियम, 1954 (डीओएमए)
- उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 की धारा 89
- अंग्रेजी औषधीय पद्धति और भारतीय विज्ञापन म

ानक परिषद के बीच जनवरी 2017 में सम्झौता किया गया

लोगों को समझना चाहिए कि यहां असली खलनायक कानून हैं। सभी चिकित्सा दिशा-निर्देश और कानून आईएमए द्वारा बनाए गए हैं, इसलिए अगर बाबा अपनी दवाओं की प्रभावकारिता साबित करना चाहते हैं, तो उन्हें आईएमए दिशा-निर्देशों पर साबित करना होगा, इसलिए बाबा आईएमए के मैदान में खेल रहे हैं। आयुर्वेद उत्पादों के लिए अलग अधिनियम होना चाहिए और वे डीओएमए 1954 के अंतर्गत नहीं आना चाहिए।

1910 में, अमेरिका ने फ्लेक्सनर रिपोर्ट प्रकाशित की थी जो रॉकफेलर समूह द्वारा अनुदानित थी जिसने नेचुरोपैथी उपचार और पारंपरिक चिकित्सा प्रणाली को हटाने की सिफारिश की थी और आधुनिक एलोपैथी को अपनाने की सिफारिश की थी जो फिर से रॉकफेलर समूह द्वारा फाउंडेड थी और उनका उसमें व्यापारिक हित था

Mr Ramdev ji contribution to Ayurveda and Yog had been exemplary. He spread it on global scale. Many of his company products are far better than western company. I also use many of them

but with growth, the success went in his head and he started believing himself expert on everything. Over a period of time with success of Patanjali, he became Media hungry. A Leader is a person who speak less and work more. Jumping on a 3rd rate comedy show and everywhere, where camera is will ensure his fall

He started arm twisting country Leadership which was not called for. As i had said many times, Mr Ramdev ji is a sanatan businessman and not a politician or some saint

My advice, run Patanjai professionally and stay out of Camera limelight
