  • Promote Health Awareness: Conducting innovative health-related awareness programs, we explore advanced health technologies to improve mental health services and accessibility.
  • Collaborate for Change: Partnering with government and non-governmental organizations, we aim to build health-friendly environments and integrate mental health into broader public health policies.

Our Efforts and Vision

  • Breaking the Stigma: Mental health issues remain stigmatized in Nepal. We work to foster open discussions, encouraging individuals to seek help without fear or shame.
  • Community Outreach: Implementing mental health programs in 44 districts, with plans to expand nationwide. These programs aim to create accessible support systems for all.
  • Free Mental Health Services: In collaboration with the government, we distribute 11 types of mental health medications free of charge across the country.
  • Advocacy and Education: Through events, workshops, and campaigns, we emphasize the importance of mental health awareness, educating communities to recognize and address warning signs.
