बिहार का जंगलराज -------------------------- बेचारे 75 साल के शिक्षक जवाहर चौधरी टहलने गए थे सुबह-सुबह। अपराधियों ने गोली मार दी, काम तमाम! ढाई साल पहले उनके 35 साल के बेटे को भी मार डाला गया था। बिहार के बेगूसराय के फतेहा की घटना है। पूर्वी चम्पारण के चकिया में थाने से महज 100 मीटर की दूरी पर ठेकेदार राजीव कुमार सब्जी खरीद रहे थे। गोलियों से भून डाले गए। बिहार में ये सब अब सामान्य घटनाएँ हो गई हैं। अररिया में पत्रकार विमल यादव की हत्या हो, पटना में नर्स सोनी कुमारी की हत्या हो, बेगूसराय में विकास यादव की हत्या हो, समस्तीपुर में दरोगा नंदकिशोर यादव की हत्या हो या फिर बेगूसराय के ही भरौल में उप-मुखिया अजय पासवान की हत्या हो - ये सारी घटनाएँ पिछले एक सप्ताह भी कम समय में हुई है और नीतीश कुमार-तेजस्वी यादव की बेशर्म सरकार शांत बैठी हुई है। ये देश की सबसे बेशर्म सरकार है, जिसे इस चीज का फायदा मिल रहा है कि मीडिया-सोशल मीडिया में ज़्यादा कुछ चलेगा नहीं और कोई इनका कुछ उखाड़ सकता है नहीं। असली अनपढ़ों की सरकार यहाँ है, जहाँ एक मंत्री यूट्यूब वीडियो बनाने के लिए सड़क पर खेलने वाले बच्चों से बात तो करता है लेकिन वो स्कूल क्यों नहीं पढ़ने जा रहे इस पर पैरेंट्स-अधिकारियों से बातचीत नहीं करता। बेशर्मी की हद ये है कि मीडिया भी चटखारे लेकर इन खबरों को चलाती है। बिहार पिस रहा है। और हाँ, मुजफ्फरपुर में एक रेस्टॉरेंट में खुलेआम गोलीबारी हुई है। जहानाबाद में पंचायत दफ्तर में हथियारबंद अपराधियों ने घुस कर रंगदारी माँगी। जो घटनाएँ अपवाद होती हैं हर जगह, वो बिहार में आम हैं।

If they are based outside Ukraine - Baltic countries or Poland, and used by Ukrainian pilots in the battlefield - then these hangars based in Baltic states or Poland will become LEGITIMATE MILITARY TARGETS. This will also mean that these country ( ies ) has entered into a military CONFLICT with Russia and they will be affected.” KHARKIV situation : The defence line near KUPYANSK of the Ukrainian Armed Forces ( UAF ) has been BROKEN. Kyiv will soon lose control of the city and Russian forces are advancing 10 kms a day. Hence Ukraine is making preparations for the SURRENDER of the KHARKIV region to the Russian troops. One order reads : “To announce in the border areas of the Dergachev urban territorial community and Lipetsk rural territorial community, the mandatory evacuation of population to safe regions of Ukraine.” #UkraineVsRussia

Answer - Don't develop the Border areas. यह मैं नहीं कह रहा, UPA के समय के रक्षा मंत्री एंटोनी जी का कहना था.... कि आजादी के बाद कई दशकों तक भारतीय सरकारों की यही नीति थी..... बॉर्डर area develop ही नहीं किये... सड़कें नहीं बनाई, रेल lines नहीं बनाई, airports और Advanced Landing Ground नहीं बनाये. यही एक बड़ा कारण है कि 38,000 km square का अक्साई चिन, 72,971 km square का गिलगित बालतिस्तान, और 13,297 km square का POK हमारे कब्जे में नहीं है. यही कारण था कि 2014 से पहले North East में असम को छोड़ कर किसी State में Railway नहीं थी... Airports एकाध थे.. सड़कें टूटी फूटी.. नदियों पर पुल नहीं थे.. वहीं लद्दाख में चीन के डर से दौलत बेग ओलडी जैसे महत्वपूर्ण Advance Landing Ground को 1962 के बाद बंद कर दिया गया... वो तो भला हो तत्कालीन एयरफोर्स चीफ और Vice चीफ Air मार्शल का, जो 2008 में केंद्र सरकार को बताये बिना इस ALG को फिर से शुरू कर दिया. लद्दाख में DSDBO सड़क पिछले कुछ सालों में बनी है.... सभी जगह BRO साल भर काम करती है.. All weather रोड बन रही हैं, हजारों पुल और सेंकड़ो सुरंगे बन रही हैं.... कई mountain passes को साल भर खोले जाने लायक़ बना दिया गया है. फिर एक पप्पू bike पर स्टंट मारता हुआ जाता है और कहता है, कि चीन अंदर घुस आया है. अरे भाई इतिहास तो पढ़ो... तुम्हारे पापा, दादी, पड़ दादा ने Border को develop ही नहीं किया... इसलिए दुश्मन अंदर आ जाता था. लेकिन अब नहीं आ पाता....इस साल अगस्त महीने तक एक भी पाकिस्तानी LOC जिन्दा पार करके भारत में घुस नहीं पाया है. और इन्हे इसी बात का दर्द है... आखिर MOU जो sign किया हुआ है.
