CCPA slaps notices to Uber over 'advance time'

India's consumer protection authority, CCPA, has issued a notice to Uber over its "advance tip" feature, which promises faster service. Consumer Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi condemned the practice as unethical and exploitative, labeling it an unfair trade practice.
