Jefferies sees room for 75 bps rate cut by RBI in 2025 as dollar weakens

India's deflationary trend, with CPI inflation averaging 4.6% last year and falling to 3.2% in April, signals further monetary easing. The RBI estimates average inflation for FY26 will be around 4%.
