RAPTI: A 19-year-old youth has died after drowning in the Rapti river canal in Banke district. Kamal Darji, a resident of Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan City-7, drowned in the canal at Agaiya, Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality-2, according to the District Police Office, Banke.
