Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, was promoted to Lieutenant General in the UAE Armed Forces after completing one year as Minister of Defence. Educated at Sandhurst and the London School of Economics, he has held various leadership roles, including Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council.
