Atishi was settled. Chaddha is out of the game. Sunita Kejriwal has just set up the turf, and suddenly a timer top-5 in the hierarchy is back in the game!

ED to probe how Kejriwal sent the letter in question to Atishi Marlena from its ED custody (It is ED custody, not Judicial) when any accused isn't provided any stationery without Court Order.

Atishi to be questioned on the source of the purported “order” & who brought it to her. ED to check CCTV footage too.

Once it's established that its a fake Letter, Delhi Police will file case against Atishi Marlena for FABRICATION OF DOCUMENTS u/s 465, 471, 196, 193 & 420 for Forgery.

Remember any letter issued by sitting PM, CM, Minister has a file number and letter number
