  • If you want to eat fish, eat it. If you want to eat mutton, eat it If you want to eat chicken, eat it

But do not play with the emotions of people during Navratri by showing fish and making videos.

The law of the country does not stop anyone from eating anything, but it also does not allow making fun of anyone's feelings.

  • Chess Grandmaster Anna Muzychuk, on refusing to play in Saudi Arabia.

"In a few days, I'll lose two world titles, one after another. Because I decided not to go to Saudi Arabia.

I refuse to play by special rules, wear an abaya, or be accompanied by a man so I can get out of the hotel, so I don't feel like a second-class person.

"I will follow my principles and not compete in the fast chess and blitz world championship where in just 5 days I could have made more money than with dozens of other combined tournaments. This is all very unpleasant but the sad part is that no one seems to care. Bitter feelings, but I can't go back."

  • Ever wondered what sets exceptional leaders apart? It's not just their strategic brilliance or their ability to navigate complex challenges, but their mastery of something deeper – Emotional Intelligence (EI). 🌟

Here's a question to ponder: Can you recall a leader who left a lasting impact on you? Chances are, it's someone who understood the power of emotions in leadership.

In today's fast-paced business landscape, where every decision ripples through the organization, honing your EI is not a luxury, but a necessity. It's the compass that guides you through crucial conversations, inspires collaboration, and fosters a thriving work culture.

    Key takeaways to always consider:

Self-Awareness. Discovering your emotions and understanding their impact is the first step. When you're in tune with yourself, you can effectively manage reactions and make conscious choices.

Empathy in Action. Imagine the impact of truly understanding your team's feelings and perspectives. Empathy builds bridges, enhances trust, and fuels innovation.

Social Skills for Success. Effective communication, conflict resolution, and influence are all rooted in EI. Elevate your leadership game by mastering these essential skills.

Resilience and Adaptability. Navigating storms with grace is a hallmark of emotionally intelligent leaders. They bounce back from setbacks and inspire their teams to do the same.

  • BIG🚨 Tukde Tukde Gang ❌

    Sedition law has been repealed:

Sedition to go but, the proposed law does not just have the word 'Sedition'. It's replaced by 'Section 150' for acts endangering the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India. Still punishable with life imprisonment.

The term 'sedition' has been eliminated from the revised draft, and the provision has been renamed Section 150 with certain modifications.

What all does Section 150 of Nyaya Sanhita, the proposed new law criminalise? 👇

“Whoever, purposely or knowingly, by words, either spoken or written, or by signs, or by visible representation, or by electronic communication or by use of financial mean, or otherwise, excites or attempts to excite, secession or armed rebellion or subversive activities, or encourages feelings of separatist activities or endangers sovereignty or unity and integrity of India; or indulges in or commits any such act shall be punished with imprisonment for life or with imprisonment which may extend to 7 years and shall also be liable to fine,” the new provision states.

Currently, sedition is punishable by life imprisonment or a prison term of up to 3 years. The new provision increases the 3-year sentence to 7 years or life imprisonment

This will not transform the situation, it will transcend your feelings about the situation and that inner change can drive all other changes.

The more silent we become, the clearer we can catch others feelings and that can help us serve the world.

  • In the Ramayana, there is a beautiful episode that provides a profound lesson in today's perspective. When Hanuman ji was crossing the sea, a demon named Sursa challenged him to eat him. Hanuman ji was crossing the sea in a small form, but he immediately increased his size so that Sursa could not devour him. Sursa opened a bigger mouth, and Hanuman ji assumed a bigger body to escape from him. Sursa made a bigger face than before.

Hanuman ji requested Sursa to let him go as he was going for an important task. However, Sursa did not agree, and so Hanuman ji assumed a very small form and entered Sursa's mouth, immediately coming out again.

Sursa then appeared in her real form and blessed Hanuman ji, stating that he possessed a great deal of discretion along with strength, and that he would achieve success in his purpose.

In life, all of us face obstacles such as suffering, difficulty, or examination, as illustrated by Sursa in this episode.

There are two types of people in this world: those who have a high spiritual aim in life and those who respect their position, values limited to respect, home, family, and wealth accumulation.

Whenever a person pursues a lofty goal, obstacles like Sursa will appear in their life. Such people may try to block their path, but a person has two options: to waste their energy clashing with other egos or to make themselves small and allow others to maintain their ego while moving on.

If we engage in conflicts with others' egos, a significant amount of our energy and time will be wasted, and we may even forget the goal we initially set out to achieve. This can lead to feelings of mutual conflict and revenge dominating our hearts and minds.

The lesson from this episode of Hanuman ji is that for our goals, it is wise to make ourselves smaller than others, and sometimes the essence of life lies in leaving others to their ego.

Jai Shree Ram Jai Veer Hanuman 🙏

His energy and attention is busy discovering his inner beauty. This keeps him free from the stress of superiority & inferiority complex. #brahmakumaris #selfrealization
