  • This article explains why Donald Trump may win the 2024 U.S. presidential election and why Kamala Harris may lose. Trump has a strong Republican base, popular appeal, and solid economic policies, making him a potential winner. His stance on law and order also resonates with many voters. On the other hand, Kamala Harris faces challenges such as low popularity, lack of experience, and her close association with the Biden administration. These factors may benefit Trump and make it difficult for Harris to win the 2024 election.

Why Donald Trump May Win the 2024 U.S. Election:
Strong Republican Base: Trump has maintained a loyal and energized base that remains highly engaged in politics. His supporters are consistently motivated to vote, attend rallies, and donate to his campaigns.

Economic Message: Trump's economic policies, including tax cuts and deregulation, have been popular with business owners, corporations, and working-class voters. He may benefit from voters who believe he can restore economic growth, particularly after the challenges of inflation and the COVID-19 recovery period.

Populist Appeal: Trump’s populist message continues to resonate with a large segment of the American electorate, particularly those who feel left behind by globalization and the political establishment. His "America First" stance on trade and immigration has strong support in rural and industrial areas.

Anti-Establishment Sentiment: Many voters view Trump as a political outsider who challenges the "deep state" or the political elite. This image appeals to those who are frustrated with career politicians and seek a more unconventional leader.

Media Dominance: Trump’s ability to dominate media coverage, both on traditional platforms and social media, ensures that he stays in the spotlight. His controversial statements often bring attention that fuels his campaign and keeps him at the forefront of political discussions.

Perceived Strength on Law and Order: Trump’s stance on law and order, including his criticism of movements like “Defund the Police,” appeals to voters who are concerned about crime rates and public safety. This position resonates especially in suburban and rural communities.

Conservative Supreme Court Influence: Trump successfully appointed three conservative justices to the Supreme Court, which has earned him significant support from conservative voters, especially those concerned about issues like abortion, gun rights, and religious freedom.

Immigration Policy: Trump's hard-line immigration policies, including the border wall and opposition to illegal immigration, remain popular with voters who are concerned about border security and the impact of immigration on jobs and wages.

Opposition to Political Correctness: Trump’s unapologetic style and rejection of "political correctness" appeal to many voters who feel that free speech is under attack. His rhetoric resonates with individuals who believe that traditional American values are being eroded by progressive movements.

Frustration with Biden’s Administration: If voters are dissatisfied with the economy, inflation, foreign policy (e.g., handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal), or other aspects of the Biden administration’s performance, they may turn to Trump as an alternative leader who promises change and a return to stability.

Why Kamala Harris May Lose the 2024 U.S. Election:
Low Approval Ratings: Kamala Harris has faced low approval ratings throughout her tenure as vice president. This lack of popularity could undermine her ability to energize the Democratic base and attract independent voters.

Lack of Clear Achievements: Critics argue that Harris has not achieved significant policy successes as vice president, which could make it difficult for her to campaign on a record of accomplishments.

Perception of Inexperience: Harris has relatively little experience in executive leadership compared to other candidates, and her performance in handling key issues like the border crisis has been questioned. Some voters may see her as unprepared for the presidency.

Association with Biden's Struggles: As vice president, Harris is closely tied to the successes and failures of the Biden administration. Any dissatisfaction with the Biden administration, whether over economic issues, foreign policy, or handling of the pandemic, could negatively affect her chances.

Difficulty Mobilizing the Democratic Base: Harris may struggle to unify the Democratic Party’s diverse factions, including progressives and moderates. A lack of enthusiasm from key voting blocs, such as younger voters or minority groups, could hurt her chances.

Weak Support Among Independents: While Harris has strong support among Democratic loyalists, her appeal among independent and swing voters is weaker. This group is critical to winning national elections, and without their backing, her path to victory becomes narrower.

Republican Attack Strategy: Harris is likely to face strong and well-funded attacks from Republican opponents, who may focus on her record as a prosecutor or her stances on hot-button issues like immigration, law enforcement, and taxes. These attacks could damage her reputation among undecided voters.

Polarizing Identity Politics: While Harris's background as the first female vice president of African-American and South Asian descent has historic significance, some critics may argue that identity politics could alienate certain voters who prioritize policy over representation.

Weak Foreign Policy Credentials: Harris has limited experience in foreign policy, and given the global challenges facing the U.S., this could be a point of vulnerability. Her performance on the international stage may be scrutinized more heavily in a presidential election.

Handling of the Border Crisis: Harris was tasked with addressing the root causes of migration, but her perceived lack of progress on border control and immigration reform has drawn criticism from both sides of the political aisle. This issue could be used effectively against her in the campaign.

In conclusion, Trump may benefit from a strong base, economic messaging, and anti-establishment appeal, while Harris could face challenges related to low approval ratings and association with the Biden administration's struggles. Both candidates will need to address these strengths and weaknesses as the 2024 election approaches.

  • PRAJWAL REVANNA VIDEO LEAK CASE

DKS offered me 100 cr to name Kumaraswamy: Jailed BJP leader

    EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE

    BENGALURU, MAY 17

BJP LEADER G Devaraje Gowda, who is currently in prison under various charges, Friday alleged that he was offered Rs 100 crore by Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar to blame JD(S) state president HD Kumaraswamy in leaking the pen drives containing videos of alleged sexual assault by Hassan JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna.

Speaking to reporters at Hassan after a bail hearing, he al- leged, "They offered me Rs 100 crore. Rs 5 crore was sent as ad-

vance to Room No 110 of Bowring Club in Bengaluru."

Shivakumar, he alleged, wanted to paint PM Narendra Modi in a "bad light" and "spoil Kumaraswamy's reputation".

Devaraje Gowda said that he refused the offer. "Since I did not join hands with them, they framed me in an atrocity case first, followed by a sexual harassment case and a **** case," he alleged.

He said that he had the evi- dence to back his claims, adding that "the government would fall" once he came out of jail.

Devaraje Gowda was re- manded in judicial custody till May 24 by a court in Hassan

    Revanna bail plea

A special court in Bengaluru has reserved its order till Monday on a bail application moved by JD(S) MLA HD Revanna in con- nection with a sexual harassment case filed at Holenarsipur police station, Hassan district. The SIT opposed the bail plea of Revanna.

The special court had granted interim relief from arrest to Revanna Thursday, after the SIT demanded either police custody or judicial custody. Revanna's counsel had objected to the de- mand by SIT, citing that no non- bailable sections were invoked against him. The SIT argued that he could influence the probe.

  • INTEGRITY is doing the right things even when no one is watching

Real leadership has always been built on integrity and strong character. It’s not just a role one plays; it is a life one leads, whether you are at home or the office. How many CEOs have resigned because of their questionable character and behavior? They destroy their reputation in a matter of seconds.

This is why leaders of good character inspire employees to think and act in ways that contribute to their organization and society’s well-being. It’s not about an image one portrays for the public; it’s about being your real authentic self while living your life as an example for your team to follow.

Example Modi ji vs Rahul Gandhi

In 2018, BBC's Simon Reeve made a documentary about Myanmar attacking their Rohingya Muslims.

A Burmese Monk explains they have "4 religions, Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism & Islam. Whenever we have trouble..the trouble makers are Muslims.
Muslims are like African Catfish..they eat all the other fish in the pond".

This was Simon Revee's last interview with any monk.

  • Do you know why Harvard, Oxford are rated high? Because the rating agencies give half the weight to ‘reputation’.
    .
So, high-rankers will always be high rankers and top 20 won’t change.
    .
Secondly, why do we think that white-countries have better education system? Because whites told us so. And because Indians believe that White = Good, therefore, Good = White.
    .
Doesn’t matter how ****** the foreign university, Indians will always take pride in attending them.
    .
When India-educated 10 people control $5 trillion value of non-Indian companies, then how can Indian education be bad? And $10 trillion of Indian economy (PPP).
    .
I will never hire a Harvard MBA. Only good for talking and McKinsey consulting. And they come with an attitude.

and I am not saying this for sake of saying on Social Media. I walk the talk

When my son was born, we decided that from 5th till 12th he will study in India in a Bhartiya School and today when he is a young man, we do not regret our decission and say that the best decission we ever took

  • G20 India Summit

    Here's everything Bharat achieved:

    1⃣ Consensus on Ukraine

This was 'The ISSUE' that was going define how the world saw India's stewardship of the G20.
That's because the grouping was divided on the Ukraine war.

While Russia and China wanted to avoid discussion on Ukraine, Western nations wanted to condemn Russia.

This issue has blocked consensus throughout Bharat's G20 Presidency.

Had Bharat failed to achieve consensus and release a joint declaration, the G20 summit may have been described as a failure.
Eventually, a compromise was brokered that significantly toned down criticism of Russia

It was widely accepted that Bharat would be unable to forge a consensus on Ukraine

    We were wrong!!

👉🏿Bharat managed to get a joint declaration which will go down as THE BIG TAKEAWAY from this Summit

It will prove beneficial to India's diplomatic reputation.

2⃣ African Union becomes G20 member.

The 55-nation AU became a member of the G20 today. This was a significant move for Bharat, which has try to project itself as a Voice of the Global South.

Bharat can now concretely point to its record of pushing developing country concerns.

    3⃣ Economics

Two major things stand out: Debt Relief and Reform of International Institutions.

On debt, poor countries have been struggling since the COVID-19 pandemic with high debt levels. Efforts to work together & bail them out (including by the G20) have been slow.

Bharat managed to speed up this process by getting consensus to help new countries like Ghana, Zambia and Ethiopia.

The major story was also reform of institutions like World Bank & IMF. Experts have called for them to lend more money for climate change & to help poor nations.

At this G20 Summit, countries agreed to consider major recommendations to reform these global institutions. This will allow them to spend billions on global priorities over the next decade.
Besides this, progress on highly complex global tax reforms also took place.

    4⃣Technology

First, countries agreed to consider regulations on cryptocurrencies given the threat they pose to the stability of the financial system

Second, Bharat successfully pushed Digital Public Infrastructure (basically Aadhar, UPI) as a means of financial inclusion.

This is expected to help Bharat to export its homemade tech solutions across the developing world. This further boosts its international reputation as a provider of global solutions.

    5⃣ Climate Change

The Bharat-led Global Biofuel Alliance was also launched today.
The goal: To "take an initiative at a global-level to take ethanol blending in petrol up to 20%"

This is part of Bharat's larger clean energy push & will help boost Bharat's image abroad.

China and it's Indian franchise Congress tried their best not to have any joint declaration but they failed misably

Bharat got pretty much everything it wanted

This was the most successful G20 till date

  • Here's why you should not GOSSIP.
In Ancient Greece, Socrates had a great reputation of wisdom. One day, someone came to find the great philosopher and said to him:
    - Do you know what I just heard about your friend?
    - A moment, replied Socrates. Before you tell me, I would like to test you the three sieves.
    - The three sieves?
    - Yes, continued Socrates. Before telling anything about the others, it's good to take the time to filter what you mean. I call it the test of the three sieves. The first sieve is the TRUTH. Have you checked if what you're going to tell me is true?
    - No, I just heard it.
    - Very good! So, you don't know if it's true. We continue with the second sieve, that of KINDNESS. What you want to tell me about my friend, is it good?
    - Oh, no! On the contrary.
    - So, questioned Socrates, you want to tell me bad things about him and you're not even sure they're true? Maybe you can still pass the test of the third sieve, that of UTILITY. Is it useful that I know what you're going to tell me about this friend?
    - No, really.
    - So, concluded Socrates, what you were going to tell me is neither true, nor good, nor useful. Why, then, did you want to tell me this?
"Gossip is a bad thing. In the beginning it may seem enjoyable and fun, but in the end, it fills our hearts with bitterness and poisons us, too!"
    - Pope Francis
