गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ (NRNA) ले आफ्नो स्थापनाकालदेखि नै धेरै चुनौती र नकारात्मक प्रचारको सामना गर्नु परेको छ, विशेष गरी चुनावको समयमा, जसले हाम्रो विश्वासलाई कमजोर बनाएको छ। तर, एनआरएनएले अनलाइन भोटिङ प्रणाली लागू गरेर सकारात्मक कदम चालेकाले अन्ततः आशाको किरण देखिएको छ । यस प्रणालीले सबै दर्ता भएका सदस्यहरूलाई पक्षपात वा भेदभावको डर बिना आफ्नो घरको आरामबाट आफ्ना नेताहरू चयन गर्न अनुमति दिन्छ। यो संस्थाको लागि उल्लेखनीय प्रगति हो।

दुर्भाग्यवश, मैले अफवाहहरू सुनेको छु कि शक्ति र पैसाको पदमा बसेका व्यक्तिहरूले यो मतदान प्रणालीलाई कमजोर पार्ने प्रयास गरिरहेका छन्। निहित स्वार्थ समूहहरूसँग सम्झौता गर्न अस्वीकार गर्दै, हामीले एकजुट भएर सही कार्यप्रणालीलाई सक्रिय रूपमा समर्थन गर्नु महत्त्वपूर्ण छ। सँगै उभिएर हामीले एनआरएनएको राजनीतिक स्वतन्त्रता जोगाउन योगदान दिन सक्छौं र यसलाई राम्रोसँग काम गर्ने संस्था बन्न मार्गदर्शन गर्न सक्छौं।

यो अत्यावश्यक छ कि हामीले एनआरएनए भित्र सकारात्मक परिवर्तनको लागि यो अवसरको महत्त्वलाई बुझ्नुपर्छ। निर्वाचन प्रक्रियामा पारदर्शिता, निष्पक्षता र समावेशीता प्रवर्द्धन गर्न मिलेर काम गरौं । त्यसो गरेर, हामी संगठनलाई बलियो बनाउन सक्छौं र यो सुनिश्चित गर्न सक्छौं कि यसले यसका सदस्यहरूको सर्वोत्तम हितहरू सेवा गर्दछ। यो हाम्रो सामूहिक जिम्मेवारी हो र हामी मिलेर कुनै पनि चुनौतीलाई जित्न सक्छौं र एनआरएनएको उज्ज्वल भविष्यको लागि मार्ग प्रशस्त गर्न सक्छौं।

The Non-Resident Nepalese Association (NRNA) has faced numerous challenges and negative publicity since its inception, particularly during elections, which has eroded our confidence. However, there is finally a glimmer of hope as NRNA has taken a positive step by introducing an online voting system. This system allows all registered members to choose their leaders from the comfort of their homes, without the fear of bias or discrimination. This is a remarkable advancement for the organization.

Unfortunately, I have heard rumours that individuals in positions of power and wealth are attempting to undermine this voting system. It is crucial that we unite and actively support the right course of action, refusing to compromise with vested interest groups. By standing together, we can contribute to the preservation of NRNA's political independence and guide it towards becoming a well-functioning organization.

It is imperative that we recognize the significance of this opportunity for positive change within NRNA. Let us work together to promote transparency, fairness, and inclusivity in the electoral process. By doing so, we can strengthen the organization and ensure that it serves the best interests of its members. This is our collective responsibility, and by standing united, we can overcome any challenges and pave the way for a brighter future for NRNA.
