In a case of contractor negligence, the health post building in Rakhawandel, situated in the Aiselukhark municipality of Khote-1, has been left incomplete. The two-year-old building, contracted to Gauri Parvati New Technical, is now in a state of disarray due to the contractor's laxity and financial discrepancies.

The building, plastered on the exterior but lacking construction in the lower floor, has not seen progress despite the passing of multiple deadlines. Gauri Parvati New Technical had signed an agreement in 2078 to complete the construction of the health post building by the end of Mangsir 2077. However, the company has failed to fulfill its obligations.

Even with the passing of deadlines, the construction company has not undertaken the remaining work on the health post building. The Municipal Chief of Urban Development and Building Construction Coordination Office, Prabhakar Karna, is contemplating taking legal action against the company for not completing the project as agreed.

In the latest communication, Karna has informed that if the work is not completed soon, legal actions will be taken. Gauri Parvati New Technical, besides a budget of NPR 74,840,296, was awarded the contract to construct five health post buildings. The delay and incomplete work have raised concerns about the quality and commitment of the contracting company.
